Setting up Apache HTTP server

I have some problems with setting up my apache httpd server. I have created some pictures of what i did in my Netopia router, and my other D-link router. I actually don't think the problem is in the NAT configuration part, but somewhere else.

Here they are:

Step 1, nextgentel router:

Step 2, change public server:

Step 3, NAT configuration:

That's what i did in my NextGenTel router. Now over to the d-link.

Step 1, d-link configuration:

Step 2, d-link status:

I can only connect to my webserver from my internal ip address (192.168.0.100/ and 127.0.0.1/).

The Netopia (first) router is in norwegian. So ask me if you don't understand.
