setting up a file server on redhat 9.0? help me pls:(

Hi guys!!
I am newbiew to linux, but never the less i am enjoying it. Although i am desperate as l want to have one nice feature. I have ISP for broadband, and obviously i have not been given a static ip address. But i was wondering how could i beat that problem, because i want to find a way where possibly i could access files on my home computer from school.

any help would be really be appreciated !!

There are a couple of sultions developed to this:
1) sign up for a dynamic dns service like:
no-ip.org
or
dyndns.org
2) Write a script to upload your ip address to a known public service that you can access every 5 minutes or so.
