Setting Proxy settings in Redhat9

In Windows you can set proxy server settings under Connections - Lan Settings

Is there the same sort of thing in RH9?

Setting the www-proxy server is gerally program spesific.
Still many programs recognise environment variables
http_proxy, ftp_proxy and no_proxy.

eg.
in mozilla select edit->prefences->advanced->proxies
and in mozilla-firebird/fox select tools->options-general->Connection settings.

And other places in other programs..
