Set up a dialing program on Linux
I 've machine which 've two network card, one with a private IP and the other
a public.
I 've a leased and a cisco router which connects us to ISP.
This solution is working fine.
What i need now is to 've a backup link to ISP since my leased line constantly go down.
I 've an external modem and now i want to setup a dialing program (e.g wvdial).
On my existing network IP - forwarding is enable and there is NAT.
My question is if i configure my modem and install a dialing program is there anything i need to disable or stop since the external interface card wont be taking to the router.
I also 've the phones, username and password for the dial up connection
other Info - Redhat Linux 9.0
