sendmail server mail box creation problems


Hi to All,
I am installed redhat linux 7.3 with send mail server .
Its working fine with pop3& smtp server.When i recive & send mail from my mozila mail msg its give a error ur paswd bad.

I already created fetcmail for every user. But I dont know the right proc for fectch mailbox for user.also i dont know the alises for fecthcmail box


ANY body help me pls
