Here is my /etc/mail/sendmail.cf. The only changes I made to it was adding my isp's mail servers after DS.

well there error message speaks for itself surely... just look at your sendmail.mc and you'll see that the items are in the wrong order as the error message states... move to the where the error message is already telling you to move them.
