SELINUX Samba

Is there a way to have selinux at enforcing and allow samba connections?

Yes, go to menu System->Administration->Security Level and Firewall. On the SELinux tab, expand "Modify SELinux Policy". Scroll down to Samba, and expand it. Set the option you want; usually what's required is to check "Allow Samba to share user's home directories".
