Question Seeking best method to grant remote secure, limited access to my Internet connection

I am working with a website developer in a far off land that is having issues accessing some U.S. sites. The issues are that a given site changes based on IP address and some even don't allow some foreign IP addresses while others are blocked by the local government.

I'm looking for a way to grant secure access to my Internet connection, but I don't want the developer to have full access to my network. Just specific websites and that's it.

I have an Ubuntu 10.04 server and a router with DD-WRT.

If someone can kindly point me in the right direction to take, I would greatly appreciate it.

Putting your computer in a DMZ, and letting someone have the user/pass to it for remote desktop, would allow it to hit the internet, but not your network.

This is (in some ways) the same as plugging your cable modem into a switch, plugging a computer into the switch, then plugging your router into the switch and keeping all the other computers behind that router except for the one attached to the outside switch.
