/dev/sdn 9.8G 8.3G 1.0G 89% /Data5
/dev/sdo5 69G 32G 34G 48% /FreeDisk

here sda and sdb is my local disk. And remaining are my SAN Lungs. My question is why it is taking Device Drive randomly means it should take sda,sdb,sdc,sdd….ect.but is my case by default it linux is taking /dev/sdj,/dev/sdp,/dev/sdg etc randomly without sequences . just because of this .When I am going to add new Lung after reboot it is taking existing device drive i.e /dev/sdz1 and while booting linux in not able to mount that partition /dev/sdz1 i.e /Index4. now I totally stuck what should I do. This is my Production server. Temporarily I removed new added Lungs now my system is running. but I have to add new Lungs on this server. How can I use unused devices?
Any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in Advanced
Jaz
