samba strange: find_domain_master_query_fail?
Hey everyone. not really an important problem, i am merely wondering.
My samba config is working great and all. but i get these messages every hour or so in my /var/log/messages
does anyone recognize this text and/or know how to fix it? thanks in advance
apr 4 20:13:46 stina nmbd[18210]: find_domain_master_name_query_fail:
apr 4 20:13:46 stina nmbd[18210]: unable to find the domain master browser name alla<1b> for the workgroup alla.
apr 4 20:13:46 stina nmbd[18210]/
(note: stina is the name of the computer and ALLA is the name of the workgroup)
this is a copy of my smb.conf if it might help:
