Samba: Home directory files do not appear in windows
 

I'm having an issue where some user files and directories do not appear in their home folder. The files are all available directly on the server and all the permissions seem to be fine.
Sometimes, however, when the files are synchronized, they will appear momentarily but will disappear before you can use them. A bubble will popup on the side saying that the server has been disconnected.

All the users were setup at the same time and have the same samba configuration. If anyone knows anything that might help please let me know.
