Samba: /etc/samba/dhcp.conf on SuSE 9.1

Hi!

After doing a Yast Online Update of my Samba on SuSE 9.1 it suddenly did not work anymore until I added the following line in the /etc/samba/smb.conf:
include = /etc/samba/dhcp.conf

It seems that /etc/samba/dhcp.conf is somehow created during the boot process. How can I create this file "manually" on another PC (also SuSE 9.1) without having to reboot the machine?

Thank you!
