Samba as a Domain Controller

Hi all

Im trying to configure Samba as our PDC.

Good just done the autentication part,

My question is

can I have one user with rights to tell who can enter into each WinNT/2K machine ? I mean besides the owner

I've heard that you can use MS Server Manager application to do this kind of things, I already installed it, but says I do not have access.

Therefore I presume there must be a righs table somewhere. Am I right?

thanks:
