Samba & XP access

Ok. I search the forum and it appears that to be alot of stuff related to samba and xp but none of it is in my case

I setup samba on redhat 8.0 add user
1st login on window xp \\domain\userfolder
connect through "connect to network drive" right click
connect as different user .i use ip\username and usernamePassword. Then reboot.
second login. Doesn't require password just click add and target \\domain\userfolder connected directly same folder as i connected the first time. I tried to connect other folder but failed. it said cannot let me connect to same place ("XP messages") as same user

What happen? this doesn't sound very safe

Check your permissions on the folder you're sharing. Also, check and see if you have guest authentication set in Samba. Webmin and SWAT are great browser based tools for administering Samba among other things.
