Hi All
Just a looking for some general ideas about print servers. I have a large windows 2000 domain based network with windows xp(mostly) clients. I have been playing around with Linux and keeping an eye out for any possible use for it. I would impose print quotas on certain users and think Linux may be useful here as the windows native solutions all appear pretty costly. I was wondering if it is possible to set up a samba /ldap compatible print server on a linux box as a solution. Or am i barking up the wrong tree completely here?
If anyone has any ideas or hints on this input would be appreciated.
