Samba Administrator does not have privilage to change local machine password

I am using samba PDC with suse 9.0,I have noticed that samba administrator
does not have local machine privilege as local administrator.

Some how my local administrator password changed during joining of samba domain,please help me to gain administrative control of local machine.
