Samba Access rights

I can see the samba server from my Win2000 and Win98SE machines no problem. Whenever I try to save anything to the mapped drives on the samba server I get "The requested resource is in use. Access Denied". Why is this? I have checked my smb.conf file and all shares are set to "Read Only: NO". I'm stumped!

Have you done a chmod u+w on the directory also.

Yes, make sure that your unix permissions are set properly also. The unix user needs to be able to write to the directory as well.
