Samba 3 not working (nearly never), but samba 2 works OK

Hi all
I have really great problem, and not only me.

Here in short :
I have samba 3.x server & clients. I can see all the network BUT I can access only 2/50 machines.
And the real problem is here (noticed before dist-upgrade) :
With samba server 2.x it works perfectly, I can access every share (some exceptions apply for weird characters) with xsmbrowser,komba,....

So my conclusion for now is : samba 2 good, samba 3 BAD.
If you know some secret word to get samba3 working, please help.
