Angry Samba 3.0 unable to load Profile

Hello to all,

i have a problem with our Debia Linux Samba3.0 Server.
We connect the Server to our windows2000 server Domain and erverythink is allright. Then we update the Samba to 3.0.
Now no user from the Samba server can use his Profile becuse of an error like " unaeble to load profile because of a Servercopie of this profile does not have the rigth authorization. Acsess refused"
or something like this.
Donīt know how this is going
