Question Running Cups in Kubuntu

I have an XP computer that has a USB Epson Stylus 64 connected to it. That computer and this computer running Kubuntu are connected through a Netgear RP614v2. Each computer can access the internet, so the router is working fine.

I have set up a workgroup on the XP computer and have set up Samba thanks to Finlay's help (THANKS!) -- but now I need to run CUPS and don't know what to do. I see that cupsd is running when I type ps -A into Konsole. However, I DON'T HAVE ANY CLUE WHAT TO DO NOW!

Any (more) help would be greatly appreciated!

-Ray
