RST ACK from Server

Hi All,

I am facing a weird problem.
I have a Linux system running gsoap based server application and .Net based Windows client.
Usually, the client server communication works fine but once in 100 or 200 times performing an operation Server sends RST.
Note that the RST comes when client has received only a part of data sent by server.
Server application log shows that sent in good shape till send() call and even return value of send seems to be correct. I ran Wireshark but it didn't give any clue. Running tcpdump on server didn't help much except it confirmed that kernel didn't drop any packet.

I would like to know what are the other options I can try.

Please help.

Thanks,
