RPC svcgssd shutdown failure

I am facing problem when doing NFS mount.
RPC service is not getting shutdown.

My /etc/exports file has following options set *(rw,no_root_squash,no_all_squash,sync).

I am having RHEL 4.

I am using "service nfs restart"

rpcgssd is for gssapi / kerberos authentication, which is in NFS4 only. You don't need it. you can disable it within /etc/sysconfig/nfs
