rpc.svcgssd shutdown failed


hi,All

I have a nfs rpc ploblem!
/etc/exports: /rpm 192.168.1.*(rw,sync)
linux_version:centos_server_CD 4.7
version:nfs-utils-1.0.6-87.EL4
no SAN,jest a sample nfs.

portmap is running,but when I restart nfs it display:
Shutting down RPC svcgssd: [FAILED]
Shutting down NFS mountd: [ OK ]
Shutting down NFS daemon: [ OK ]
Shutting down NFS quotas: [ OK ]
Shutting down NFS services: [ OK ]
Starting NFS services: [ OK ]
Starting NFS quotas: [ OK ]
Starting NFS daemon: [ OK ]
Starting NFS mountd: [ OK ]

I found rpc.svcgssd cann't be shutdown.but mount is normal.help!how can I shutdown rpc.svcgssd?

Hi All,
I am also facing the same issue.
Getting the same message.
Shutting down RPC svcgssd: [FAILED]

I am not able to do the NFS mount with the target board.

I faced the same issue here in a RHEL-AS4u7 box.
When I roll back the nfs-utils to the ones that for RHEL-AS4u6, everything goes well. So I'm simply wondering it might be a bug.
