Question Routing Problem with two network cards

Hello,

I got a problem setting up routing on a server with two network cards.

One card has the IP 10.10.10.10 and the other card the IP 192.168.244.1. The internet router has the IP 10.10.10.3 and can be reached without problem.

The is a Layer 3 switch on the address 192.168.244.25 that has access to some other network, that are necessary to connect to (e.g. 194.113.250.0, 192.168.238.0).

When I add a route with

/sbin/route add -net 194.113.250.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 gw 192.168.244.25

the route ist added properly and the subnet can be reached from the server.

However it can not be reached from workstations, that are in the 10.10.10.0 subnet.

The OS ist Fedora (Redhat), IP Forwarding ist enabled and the default gateway on the server is the 10.10.10.3 router.

Looking forward for any comments and hints.

best regards

Andreas Tangemann
