Route Server

Installed
Mandrake 10.1
3 network card
2 isp connection (static ip)

what i want to do is to set this server to act as a route server and firewall.
1 of my connection have a limited bandwith of 20g/mth.

how could i set it up so that it will auto balance to use the 2 connection and once the limited is up to its limit it will stop using it and use the other one ( unlimmited ).

also the 3rd network card will be connected to a switch to connect to a win base domain which have arround 20 comp allowing them to access the internet.

dhcp and dns wouldn't be need.. coz they will he set within one of windows domain and not need with the linuz... do i still need samber?

is iptables all i need?

i have pretty much no experience with linux... detailed step by step instruction will be need.

thx in advance
