Rogers@Home How do i use DHCP in Mandrake instead of static


today they called me told me if i do not run my ip dynamic they would come and get my modem i told them i had linux stupid me... so they said to use DHCP how do i setup that

If it's any help try to find info on setting the DHCP_HOSTNAME


I know how to do it on RH but not Drake, sorry.


Then it would be a matter of running dhcpd on boot


I really just wanted to jack up my posts, LOL
