Unhappy RH6.1->RH7.2 Upgrade DNS Update Problem

Last weekend I put a new disk in my Linux Internet Server and installed RH7.2 on it. Most of it I had no troubles with, I did a custom install and installed, amongst others, the DNS Server. I chose to use the graphical interface. DNS has a new graphical interface which allows me to quickly setup my DNS Server. The graphical interface, however, doesn't appear to have anywhere for me to enter the ip adresses of the secondary nameservers that need to be updated. My machine acts as a primary nameserver. I entered the ' allow-transfer{ip address;}; ' command in the options section of my named.conf file. My problem is that this file seems to be overwritten and when that happens I lose the allow-transfer information. I assume its overwritten when I apply changes in the graphical interface.

My first question is this, "How can I include my allow transfer statements in the automated script so that they're written with the file that is generated?"

Second question; "Is there a way to enter the allow-update information in the graphical interface of RH7.2?"
Thanks
