RH server and XPfee clients,no connectivity

Hi there
After alittle bit of struggle, I got my RH9.0 running, I want to use it as a server of my network cafe.Ive got XP clients (untill now).The network looks like this,
eth0 => internet
eth1=> LAN towards hub
The internet connection on RH9.0 is fine,and Iam able to ping the clients. Ive got static IP addresses on both the server and the clients.Neverless,the clients do not have any connectivity.To make it short, I didnt try anything since I do not know what to try (And yes I read the thread preceeding my thread and I could not find anything helpful).
Any help is welcomed.

P.S. I posted this question ago but I couldnt keep tracking it because my whole network collapsed.SO here Iam again at the same point, the last thing I reached in the last post was that arno requested my ifconfig and route -n so here they are.

[root@localhost root]# ifconfig

[root@localhost root]# route -n

[root@localhost root]#

By the way I do not have ip forwarding enabled (whatever that is ) so if that has something to do with it, please tell me how to do that. And please tell me were I can get a GOOD beginner guide for newbies in linux networking.
Thanks in advance
