i want to retrieve a picture file from squid cache. how to do it?

Not sure if this is possible in practice. See http://www.squid-cache.org/related-software.html try purge and maybe SquidSearch and Cache Manager. Lets us know how it goes - I'd be interested to know if this can be done.
