I'm wondering why you might want to do this, but anyway:

create a script with the relevant services and instruct them to restart. This is an example:
Code:
#!/bin/bash
## This is a small EXAMPLE script of what you might want to do

/etc/init.d/networking restart
Save it as root user, and move into a directory like init.d or whatever directory is the startup directory in Fedora, and it should run automatically at boot time. You'll have to do some searching on the specifics, but that basically is it. Please note that the script above, really just a command, is ubuntu specific. There may be more services / daemons to work with in Fedora, I'm not familiar with it.
