Remote Desktop Connection

Good Afternoon,

Hi, I am currently hosting 4 websites from my house via a DSL connection. All is well. Recently switched from Windows 2003 Server to Mandrake 9.1. The transition was smooth. However, one of the things I liked about Windows 2003 was the fact I could connect to the server via Remote Desktop Connection. Currently I have 3 computers, one's the server, 2 others are workstations. All Networked via a Linksys router.
Now, my question is. Is there a way to connect to the desktop of my linux server from windows? If so, what software is available for me to do this. Any input would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!
