hello,,,
my mail server has been running fine for years now, and today any incomming mail
is getting this error

Jun 19 22:24:00 mueller5 sendmail[2012]: l5K3Nx9l002012: ruleset=check_mail, arg1=<p@mail.mueller5.us>, relay=[168.144.250.211], reject=451 4.1.8 Domain of sender address p@mail.mueller5.us does not resolve

(this was sent via mail2web from and to the the user p)

using redhat 9, and sendmail-8.12.8-9.90

this is strange since it's been flawless for so long.
no dns records changed.
this error is domain wide. i have 4 domains using this server.

any help would be apreciated.

please excuse this post. i didn't realize i posted in the wrong forum( should have read the sticky)

anyway problem solved.
named was down. there was a power surge, server restarted without this service at startup.
