Hello.
You could make a web page that redirects the traffic.
Something like this:
<html>

<head>
<title>Name of the web site</title>
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;URL=http://the_other_IP_address">
</head>

<!--body>

</body-->

</html>
This page should be named default or index and when people go to your web site they hit this page and get redirected to the other one.

Regards,
Burkni
