redhat is connected to the internet, but i cant browse the web??!?! please help

ok i have a problem (redhat 8) i can sucessfully connect to my adsl to the internet and in the messages in the /var/log/ says it sucessfully connected. also i can view my website ( http://81.128.153.122 ) from a dial up modem. but i cant browse the internet, if i type www.yahoo.com for eg it says cannot find www.yahoo.com as if i where not connected to the internet. i am just a bit confused why this is happening it worked fine for a few days until now i just restarted the adsl connected properly i went to internet browser and now i cant browse the internet, but i am connected as i can view my website from a dial up modem on my laptop if you go to http://81.128.153.122 you sould see a white page with 'THIS IS A TEST PAGE OF MIKES LINUX SERVER ' in text. please can someone advise what is going wrong, thanks allot

p.s. if i reinstall redhat and reconfigure the adsl it works fine as this problem happend to me befor but i reinstalled redhat 8 and it worked fine. it has happend again and i dont want to have to reinstall redhat every time it happens.

hmm,
..your DNS-Server settings are correct ?
(/etc/resolv.conf)
if you can ping a IP-Adress but not a domainname it mybe a problem with DNS.
