Red hat don't recognize my NIC interface

hi.
I'm using Linux Red Hat 7.3 on a Pentium 4 Processor with a Intel MotherBoard (S875Wp1-E).
First i have some problems recognizing the IDE device, but then i change something in the BIOS configuration and i was be able to install Linux. now the problem is that trhough the configuration proccess i can't configure my NIC, the proccess never ask me about the IP configuration ... it seems that is skipping this config.

I have a couple of questions.

- Is the Linux Red Hat compatible with my Hardware?
- What can i do to install the drivers of my NIC?

Thanks in advance.
