recieve and send IP packets!


I have a computer with two network adaptor(eth0 : 192.168.0.27 and eth1 : 10.10.0.25) I want to recieve packets froom one computer that its ip is 192.168.0.24 on my eth0 and set tos fileld of the packet s in what i like and then on my eth1 send it to another computer that its ip is 10.10.0.29.
I want to know how it could be done with iptables?
(I can set the tos filed by my self. my trouble is sending to another computer)
I would be grateful to know it!

what u mean by "SENDING PACKETS"
either doing NAT on that packets.
or setting the next hop.
