receiving mail that is not min

I'm using Sendmail. The problem is that I keep getting mail that is meant for other domains.Any ideas?

Look at the full message headers, and I think you will find that it is addressed to your domain. The To: header might be constructed like this:

To: someone@otherdomain.com <you@yourdomain.com>

Mail clients will show that the message was for another domain, while it was clearly sent to yours. There might be other clues in the headers that explain why you are getting these messages.

It's most likely spam. My experience with these have been that they typically want you to believe that you are catching part of someone else's valid discussion about great online prices, drugs, or stock tips. Your best clue is to check out to the To: header as well as the Envelop-to if present.
