quick question - autonegotiate

Hello,

I am using Rehat AS2.1 kernel 2.4.9-e.24.
I used ethtool -s eth0 autoneg on to turn autonegotiate on,
but when I reboot it goes back to off. How do I make it permanent?

Thanks,
Peter.

You could always add the command to /etc/rc.d/rc.local or one of the other scripts that run on startup. I'm sure there is a better way, but at the very least this would be a usable workaround.
