Question question : WAN dsu/csu


hi all

am going to simulate dsu/csu [DTE DCE devices]
and the communication process between them

<such communication between 2 Router at the Data Link Layer+Physical layer connected by using serial connection>

i need help to get knowledge about

data flow
process model or work flow

assume that am fine with WAN protocol stack such as ppp

the synchronous signal ???
what it's conceptual work?

any one can give me guide or redirect me to the suitable reference

DCE equipment gives synchronisation , DTE takes it.

how it done ??

for example the pin out functions

i do googling about that's topic
after thanks for GOD, i get little knowledge about it's specification

for V.35 interface pin-out Signals

let us choose the following pin out
TCA ::: Y ::: Transmit Clock A

how the pin function work

and when it should be established
ether the beginning of connection establish or at every frame could be sent
or always

also other pins out function

plz,
am new to this world, and am going to simulate it's work

i need from u or any body to help me to be able to undestand the reel work as physically

This too much to explain.

Try to use WIKI, look for DTE and DCE
It all works on hardware level, one need just connect them and in some cases do appropriate set up.
