question about linksys wrt55ag and dynamic dns

hello all,

I recently changed my home pc from winXp to slack 10 and I'm having problems with updating my dns entries on zonedit.com. Previously I was using a windows based product DynSite which worked great with my linksys router. The problem I'm having now is that since changing to linux I'm unable to find a client that will parse the status page and update the service accordingly...

I believe the problem is the .asp page that the linksys uses to present the information instead of an .html page. I have tried ddclient and ipcheck/zoneclient with no success. I'm not a programmer type at all just someone who likes to dabble with *nix as an enduser.

Any help appreciated!
