Quagga "Can't bind socket: Invalid argument"

I havent found any reference seaching the forum and no solution searching the google. Only 3 sites that reported the problem.

So:

Quagga writes to log "Can't bind socket: Invalid argument" all the time and some time after starting (or restarting) the daemon loose the routing table

Any idea how to fix it?
