Q-Mail + Domain problem

Greetings!

I am trying to configure Mail Server(Q-Mail) using qmailrocks.org,

I don't have any domain register, i would like to configure qmail server for testing purpose ,

Q1) so what should i put in domain name,
Q2) do i need to put my system hostname(apap) as a domain name
Q3)do i need to configure my dns to point to my hostname


Any help appreciated.
