Proxy behind NAT

Hello everybody,
I have a problem with proxy server (on Win) behind NAT (Slackware 10.0). I want to use that proxy for mail (pop3 , smtp) but pop3 doesn't work. I can send e-mails but can't recieve. When I connect the modem directly on the proxy server everything is fine. I guess that I must redirect something with iptables on a NAT but don't know what. Any ideas?
Thank you!

Are IPTABLES open for port 110 (pop3) and 25 (smtp)? Do you need to forward those to something?
