Problem with Telnet and X-Windows

First of all, I have my own private network and I'm trying to do a display back to the X-server. But, I'm not being able to display back from remote logins. So I figured if I open up telnet, I might be able to get it running. The only problem is when I tried to get Telnet running, there is no /etc/xinetd.d/telnet file and the xinetd rpm is installed. Does anyone have any insight to the problem?

PS: I'm using FC2

Do it over SSH
You will need to turn on X11 forwarding and use a Xmanager if your on windows. IE:cygwin,x-windows32,humming bird.

I use x windows32 to display gkrellm on my win comp.

Just not the same. VNC is a pain to use, even on a fast network.
