Problem with MySql and Redhat 9... where to start?

Hi,

I did a standard install of MySql 4.0.20 (RH9).

When I try to start the deamon, I get the following message:

Initializing MySQL database: execvp: No such file or directory

What could be wrong?

Edwin

It sounds like the exectuable that your init script is trying to run cannot be found. Can you post a copy of your script.
