AOA... i m using Intel536ep modem and my linux box is Mandriva 2006 kernel. 2.6.12-12
mdem is working very well. but da problem is that when i restart my linux OS and try to connect through modem. it give me error that no modem found... and i need to reinstall modem. when i reinstall it works.. shortly da problem is that every time i need to install modem.... how can i make permanent....????
let me think is an intel modem with ambient cip (someting like that) and wat i know about ambient cipset si an win chip the driver u loaded is some kind of emultion and this my be the problem !
