problem in mail through outlook

i am using redhat 9 squid with iptables
every thing is fine well but except outlook
incomming is comming well but outgoing is not going

i set the address in outlook of pop3 is pop.cyber.net.pk
and set smtp is mail.cyber.net.pk

another problem is
when i try to open the mail box of
cyber.net.pm
nothing is appear else blank page

From the machine Outlook is running on, try opening a telnet session to mail.cyber.net.pk on port 25 - if this fails, then check your firewall settings. If it works, then check your Outlook setup.

every thing is ok .
fire wall is ok , setting is ok . i can receive mail through outlook but can not send

Can you try another SMTP server in case the outgoing mail server is offline?
