Problem connecting PPTP Client on Linux (Ubuntu)

Hi all
I am trying to connect my pptp client Linux to a pptp Linux server using modem but no success. I can only tweak ppp linux side
Observing the following log I found itís due to MPPE Support configuration mismatch in pppd, pppd (linux client) is refusing to accept MPPE encryption.
Can anyone tell me to have that support what to do??

I don't know this for sure, but I think PPTP only works over an existing connection. I don't think you can actually dial one up.
