Privoxy to block malware with ClamAV?

Is this possible? I've seen one patch to enable it, but it was very old and won't work with the current Privoxy-versions.

I prefer Privoxy over all other proxy programs and therefore it would be perfect, if it could scan for malware as well. Setting up a second proxy for this seems a bit silly.
