Printing to local WinPrinter while connected w/VNC via VPN

Hi all,
So here goes my first post.
I'm getting more familiar with Linux but still a newbie.
Running Fedora 5
Here's what I'm trying to achieve:
I have remote users who access our network via VPN.
We have quite a few static address for this.
They access the Fedora server using vnc (running Xvnc on server)
I'm trying to figure out how to write a script or something that can figure out what ip the current logged in user has and add their shared Windows printer so they can print on their local machine. Then when they logout it removes their printer.
I've found some ways to add Windows shared printers if you know the ip or computer name but thats as far as I've been able to figure out. Any help would be much appreciated. Also not sure how to remove them once their added.
